Next Working Day Delivery:

For next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 3pm Mon- Fri and are available only to UK Mainland addresses. Please note that orders placed on or before a bank holiday may experience delays and could arrive a couple of days later. (Black Friday/Cyber Monday may affect times and we can not guarantee delivery within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Saturday & Sunday will be processed and shipped out on Monday.

Standard Delivery:

Standard delivery can take up to 2-3 working days. However, please keep in mind that bank holidays may affect these times.

Scottish Highlands/Offshore Delivery:

For the Scottish Highlands/Offshore, delivery can take anywhere from 2-4 working days. However, please keep in mind that bank holidays may affect these times. If you live in the Scottish Highlands/Offshore (AB, IV, PH, PA, FK, KA & KW) post codes, please ensure you select the correct delivery option to avoid any unnecessary delays or costs.

Black Friday/Cyber Monday:

Please be advised that some orders may take longer than expected during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We cannot guarantee that next day delivery orders will arrive within 24hours of purchase.

Pallet delivery:

In some cases, pallet deliveries may be used if the weight exceeds the maximum load allowance e.g weight plates/barbells. If you're unsure, please get in touch with our customer service team so that they can advise you further. However, a member of the team may be in touch beforehand. Pallet deliveries can take anywhere from 2-4 working days to arrive (please note you must be available upon delivery).

Important Notes:

  • Bank holidays, Black Friday & Cyber Monday may affect delivery times, so please plan accordingly.
  • Any orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next working day.
  • We are not responsible for any orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged if left in a designated "safe place" or with a neighbour.
  • Customers must be present upon delivery or can arrange for their order to be left in a "safe place" or with neighbors using the tracking link provided. Failing to be available may result in additional costs or delays.
  • You can track and control your order by visiting the APC Overnight link and use the tracking code provided.
  • Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase and returned in its original packaging and unopened.
  • We do not offer free returns, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange a collection/return.
