Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items:
Eligibility for Refunds:
We offer refunds in cases where an order is damaged, faulty, or missing upon delivery. If you have purchased a clearance item, please be aware that they will NOT qualify for a refund unless the item is missing. If you wish to cancel an order, please make sure that it is unopened and returned in its original packaging. However, it's important to note that once damaged, faulty, or canceled items are returned, they may not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Faulty or Missing Items:
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or missing please contact us as soon as possible. If a product is subject to clumping or hardening, please be aware that this bears no detrimental defect to the product's quality and, as a result, may not qualify for a refund. Please make us aware as soon as possible if any of the following have occurred and provide us with an image and tracking number for your order.
